The Orion spacecraft is expected to fly 40,000 miles over the moon in its first comprehensive flight test
Space enthusiasts can use the Artemis Live Orbit (AROW) website to follow NASA’s Orion spacecraft missions around the Moon in real time. This will be posted on the NASA website and the NASA_Orion Twitter account on August 28.
The Orion spacecraft is expected to fly 40,000 miles over the moon in its first integrated flight test using a Space Launch System (SLS) rocket.
Through the location, viewers can track the spacecraft’s distance from Earth, distance from the Moon, mission duration, and more. During the flight, sensors will collect data and send it to Mission Control at NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Houston.
