More than 300,000 vehicles will receive a wireless software update from the Tesla Company to address the problem.
Tesla is recalling its 2020 to 2023 cars to fix a flaw in the backlight software, which can increase the risk of accidents.
So far, the company has not received any accident reports on the specific models. However, he did receive some complaints about the lights not being turned on. Therefore, an update is required to avoid possible collisions.
The automaker will release a software update online to fix the problem in more than 300,000 vehicles.
Vehicle owners will be notified via a letter, which will be sent on January 14, 2023. Vehicles in production have already received the update.
Tesla had previously recalled its cars for failing to properly inflate the airbag and power steering system.
