Tweets can now have attached photos, videos, and GIFs at the same time.
Twitter has announced a new enhanced feature on all iOS and Android devices that allows users to post photos, videos, and GIFs together in the same Text.
While Twitter users were able to post multiple photos in the past, the platform will now allow up to four photos, videos, and GIFs per text. The social media company tweeted to its followers: “Get ready to mix it up with images on Twitter.”
In a blog post, Twitter said they are “always looking for new and exciting ways to help creators share and watch more.”
Instagram has a similar feature that allows users to post photos and videos in the same post, though viewers must swipe left to see them. However, mixed media tweets will allow you to see all of the attached media at the same time.
