In a blog post, Google revealed that it is “aware of reports of the CVE-2022-3075 vulnerability in the wild.” The vulnerability was brought to Google’s attention on August 30 by an unnamed guide, and the company expects the update to be rolled out to all users within the next few days or weeks.

To activate the update, Chrome users must restart the browser. For Windows, Mac, and Linux, this will update Chrome to version 105.0.5195.102.
